Policy & Fees

Our community permits a maximum of two indoor pets per apartment home. Cats and dogs are allowed. Exotic animals are strictly prohibited. A non-refundable pet fee of $400 is required for the first pet, with an additional $400 fee assessed for each additional pet. Monthly pet rent of $25 per pet will apply. *All pets must be registered with and approved through PetScreening prior to residency. An annual PetScreening fee of $30 is required for each household with pets.*

BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
